When you submit a request, we collect the contact, property, financing and supporting document information you provide. Document uploads are optional at the initial request stage. Do not submit bank passwords, full payment-card numbers or Social Security numbers through the initial form.

Application records are stored in a private WordPress dashboard and synchronized to a restricted Google Sheet. Supporting documents are encrypted in the WordPress database and copied to restricted Google Drive folders. Authorized administrators and permitted account users can access records. We do not make applicant documents publicly accessible.
Technical information
The website and hosting provider may process technical data such as server logs, browser information and IP addresses for operation and security. The application system uses a temporary hashed IP identifier to limit repeated submissions. WordPress uses cookies where needed for administrator authentication and related functions.
